Role Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Associate to help scale supplier and buyer engagement on our digital platform. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in chemical sales or procurement and a passion for digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard chemical manufacturers, distributors, and industrial buyers in targeted regions.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with procurement leaders, sales teams, and key decision-makers in the chemical industry.
- Account Management: Ensure strong engagement and satisfaction among platform users, supporting retention and repeat transactions.
- Platform Enablement: Guide new clients through onboarding, product listing, and transaction processes while showcasing platform benefits.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through commercial agreements with new and existing clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance user experience and address market-specific needs.
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the B2B domain.
- Experience working with SaaS or digital marketplace tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
