Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls and emails.
- Present product features and benefits to prospects in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Follow up on leads generated.
- Schedule demos with interested clients and coordinate with the product team if needed.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Assist in refining messaging and outreach strategies based on client feedback.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and outreach targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold calling and professional email outreach.
- Basic understanding of the talent acquisition or recruitment process is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
