About the Role:
CROSSNOTCH is actively seeking highly motivated and confident individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Business Development Specialists for our Final Expense Insurance Campaign. This is a telemarketing-based role that requires individuals with exceptional communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to close deals efficiently in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls to promote and sell Final Expense Insurance products.
- Effectively qualify leads and convert prospects into policyholders through strategic communication and persuasive techniques.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the insurance offerings and address client inquiries confidently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Accurately record customer information and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Collaborate with team leads and participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional English communication skills – both spoken and written (A+ linguistic proficiency required).
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven personality.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Availability to work night shifts aligning with U.S. business hours.
