About the Role:
CROSSNOTCH is urgently hiring highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our elite sales team as Senior Closers for our U.S.-based Final Expense Insurance campaign. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in the call center industry and deep expertise in closing Final Expense Insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close high-value insurance sales through outbound telemarketing to U.S.-based clients.
- Apply proven techniques to convert warm leads into policyholders efficiently.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Final Expense Insurance products to confidently handle objections and tailor solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
- Accurately log customer data and manage follow-ups through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize pitch strategy and campaign results.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the call center industry.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience specifically as a Closer on a Final Expense Insurance campaign.
- Exceptional English communication skills — A+ linguistic proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Highly goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and able to perform under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
