About the Role
ACA Financials is expanding its digital growth division! We need a high-impact Sales Closer to convert warm leads into long-term clients for our premium SEO, Google My Business (GMB), and Web Development services. You’ll be the final touchpoint for leads generated by our team or existing clients – no cold outreach required.
What Success Looks Like
✅ Consistently closing 70%+ of warm leads transferred from lead generators
✅ Exceeding monthly revenue targets through high-value deal closures
✅ Driving upsells & referrals by building trust with clients post-sale
✅ Mentoring junior agents to elevate team conversion rates
Key Responsibilities
- Close warm leads transferred from lead generators or existing clients (no cold calling!)
- Master and pitch our digital service suite:
- SEO strategy & optimization
- GMB profile management
- Custom website development
- Ensure smooth client handoff to project/operations teams post-sale
- Maintain 100% accurate CRM records (deal stages, client notes, revenue tracking)
- Identify upsell opportunities in existing client accounts
- Coach junior agents on objection handling & closing techniques
You’re the Perfect Fit If You Have
- 2–3+ years closing digital marketing/SEO/website deals (portfolio required)
-Expert-level knowledge of SEO/GMB/web dev services and client pain points
-Proven record of closing $5K+ monthly retainers (or equivalent PKR value)
-Elite negotiation skills – thrive in price/scope discussions
-Fluency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
-Native English proficiency (written/spoken)
