Job Description:
Finova labs is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team. You'll manage a team to drive quality B2B leads and support company growth. Ideal candidates have strong B2B lead gen, data-driven skills, and team leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calling to identify and engage potential clients.
- Execute cold campaigns through direct calls.
- Qualify leads and route them to the sales team
- Stay up to date on industry trends and meet outreach and conversion KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of lead generation or sales development experience.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
