Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Manager located in UAE. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing contact center management, utilizing analytical skills to assess performance, leading and managing the call center team, and maintaining effective communication with staff and clients.
Qualifications
· Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
· Contact Center Management and Analytical Skills
· Team Management skills
· Experience in managing call center operations
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
· Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
