Requirement:
- BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in relevant filed.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
