We're looking for dynamic, motivated, and business savvy professionals to join our Client Servicing & Business Development team!
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the main point of contact between our media agency and potential clients
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients, understanding their media needs and offering tailored advertising solutions.
- Drive media sales by acquiring new clients and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, digital, etc.) to align client goals with campaign execution.
- Conduct regular follow ups with potential and existing clients via calls, emails, and in person meetings.
- Maintain an accurate database of leads and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and develop a deep understanding of our service offerings.
- Proactively suggest innovative ideas to boost client engagement and sales volume.
- Ensure prompt and professional handling of client inquiries and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Social Sciences.
- 2–3 years of experience in the advertising or media industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Result driven mindset with a passion for client success and business growth.

Confident in pitching services and closing deals
Passion for media, marketing, branding, or advertising
Prior experience in client servicing or sales is a plus, but not mandatory
