Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell final expense insurance policies.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- Utilize sales techniques and strategies to overcome objections and close sales.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve sales performance.
