Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Cold Callers to join our BPO team for a US-based outbound campaign. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing products or services, and setting appointments or generating leads for the sales team. This is a high-energy role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong ability to handle rejections professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based leads using a script.
- Engage prospects, introduce the product/service, and qualify interest.
- Set appointments or transfer calls to closers/sales agents as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversions.
- Handle objections effectively and maintain a professional tone at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to improve call strategies and script effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (preferred).
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (aligned with US time zones).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is a plus.
- Persistent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Salary: 60,000 + 70,000 PKR + Commission
