About the role:
Our client is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping eCommerce brands scale through strategic marketing solutions. They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join their team. This remote position requires a self-driven sales professional with a strong background in lead generation and cold calling within the US digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential eCommerce businesses and key decision-makers.
- Identify and qualify leads interested in digital marketing services.
- Effectively pitch services, demonstrating value and ROI.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and close deals.
- Keep CRM systems updated with call details and prospect interactions.
- Work independently to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales within the US digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Exceptional English communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Availability to work in Pacific Time (PT) hours.
