We are hiring Cold Calling Agents to join our U.S. real estate marketing team. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls, qualify leads, and build opportunities for our clients. If you're driven, confident on the phone, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to real estate prospects in the U.S.
· Build rapport and engage leads in structured conversations.
· Ask qualifying questions to identify sales potential.
· Log and update lead data in CRM systems accurately.
· Forward qualified leads to sales team or schedule callbacks.
· Meet daily and weekly calling targets.
Requirements
· Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
· Cold calling or sales experience (preferred).
· Resilient, confident, and goal-oriented attitude.
· Basic understanding of CRMs and data management tools.
· Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. hours).
