Job Description - Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with a strong focus on Amazon to join our dynamic team and enhance our digital customer journey.
The CRO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing conversion rates on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including product listings, customer reviews, sales performance metrics, and keyword research. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by improving product discoverability, optimizing listings, and increasing conversion rates through data-driven strategies tailored for Amazon. This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Amazon product listings by enhancing titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve organic ranking and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on Amazon product pages, images, and content using experimentation tools.
- Conduct in-depth audits of current Amazon listings to identify areas of improvement.
- Implement strategies to reduce bounce rates and enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze Amazon performance data, including CTR, conversion rates, and sales trends, to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop high-quality content, including A+ Content and Amazon Storefront pages, that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, and other Amazon-focused software to identify high-impact keywords and optimize listings accordingly.
- Improve and optimize Amazon Brand Stores by enhancing layout, design, and content to boost user engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest Amazon algorithms, policies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Amazon conversion rate optimization, with a track record of improving product listing performance.
- Proficiency with Amazon Vendor Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of keyword research tools such as Helium 10 and Data Dive to support strategic listing optimizations.
- Strong Excel expertise, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation for in-depth data analysis and reporting. Experience in building automated dashboards and financial models is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon's guidelines and compliance requirements.
