We’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to support our experimentation roadmap and improve customer acquisition focused conversion tactics across the user journey. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, while continuously optimizing key touchpoints to increase free trial signups, improve signup-to-conversion rates, boost engagement, and enhance overall funnel performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and continuous learning. We’re looking for a proactive team player with a strong foundation in marketing concepts and customer lifecycle tactics, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, strategies, and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi (5 days a week).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support and Execute CRO Roadmap: Contribute to and implement a structured testing agenda across landing pages, signup flows, and conversion points.
- Optimize Performance: Use analytical tools such as PowerBI, Mixpanel, GA4, and Customer.io (or similar platforms) to monitor and improve website traffic, conversion rates, and email campaign performance.
- Drive A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and implement A/B tests across digital touchpoints to continuously optimize conversion rates and engagement.
- Funnel and Journey Optimization: Analyze customer journeys using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and session replays to uncover friction points and improvement opportunities.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Web, Pre-Sales, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing teams to align testing initiatives with product and campaign goals.
- Audience Segmentation: Help develop personalized experiences by testing different messages, designs, and flows for distinct customer segments and personas.
- Campaign Support: Provide optimization insights and experimentation support for larger marketing campaigns and launches.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of tests, outcomes, and recommendations to ensure test learnings are shared and applied.
What You’ll Add to Cloudways:
- 5+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or digital marketing optimization—preferably in SaaS or tech-first companies.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms like Omniconvert or Optimizely.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4, HotJar, Mixpanel, or PowerBI.
- Solid understanding of digital funnels, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Ability to communicate test outcomes clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactive and analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Understanding of UX best practices and how they influence performance.
