About the Role:
We are a global financial services firm preparing to establish a local legal entity in Pakistan. To support this, we are seeking a senior financial professional to serve as the legal representative (Country CEO) during the registration and initial setup phase.
Note: This is not an operational or management role. It is a representative appointment focused on compliance, local support, and strategic setup activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the legal representative of the company in Pakistan
- Support with company registration, regulatory filings, and initial compliance matters
- Represent the company in communications with local authorities, regulators, and partners
- Assist in setting up banking and legal infrastructure
- Provide strategic local insight during the market entry phase
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10+ years of leadership experience in banking, fintech, or financial services
- Deep understanding of Pakistan’s financial regulatory framework
- Strong reputation, professional credibility, and integrity
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience with foreign-invested companies or joint ventures is a plus
