The Creative Manager is responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with the organisation’s marketing goals. The role oversees the creation of marketing collateral, video production, animations, and product designs while managing external vendors and ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines. The Creative Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s visual and creative identity. This role will ensure brand consistency and enhance engagement through impactful designs, animations, and campaigns across all mediums. The role also contributes to product design, merchandise creation, and outdoor activity collateral, fostering innovative marketing solutions and optimising vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Core Responsibilities:
Creative Content Development:
- Design and execute marketing materials, including social media posts, animations, videos, and print collateral.
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality product designs and merchandise.
Campaign Support:
- Develop visuals and creative assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with branding strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives.
Project & Vendor Management:
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the production of outdoor activity collaterals and other promotional materials.
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s brand identity through all creative work.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms and mediums.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration:
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and creative briefs.
- Provide creative direction.
Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement tools or workflows to enhance creative efficiency.
- Support role consolidation and take on additional responsibilities during peak project periods.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in creative roles, including graphic design, video production, and animation.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva), animation software (3D software i.e. cinema 4d, 3d max, maya), video editing platforms.
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
