CSR – All Rounder (Morning Shift) Christian Only
Mash Holdings Group of Companies is looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in chat support, inbound and outbound sales, to join our team as a backup support for various departments related to CSR. Our office is in Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming chat messages quickly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain perfect English grammar in written communication.
- Multitask between chats and other support tasks effectively.
- Adapt to the company environment and work collaboratively.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent typing speed with accuracy.
- Fluent in English (written) with strong grammar skills.
- Previous chat support/customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounts/finance is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
Job Details:
- Shift: Morning 10 am onwards (10 hours shift)
- Location: Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore
- Salary: Competitive (Based on experience and skills)
