Job Summary:
We are looking for a Long term Custom Clearing Incharge Assistant (MALE) supports the clearing incharge in managing end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export consignments. This role ensures documentation accuracy, coordinates with clients and customs authorities, and facilitates timely clearance.
Key Responsibilities: Not all skills are compulsory, but recommended.
Submit and track files through WeBOC. Compulsory.
Assist in the preparation and verification of GD (Goods Declaration) files for import/export.
Collect and organise shipping documents (BL, invoices, packing lists, Form-E, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
Maintain records of all clearing files and status updates in a digital tracking sheet or ERP system.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customs clearance.
Good knowledge of WeBOC system and customs documentation.
Familiarity with import/export procedures, HS codes, SROs, and GD filing.
Good communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Excel is must.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience with clearance at EPZ, SAPT, KICT, or Port Qasim.
