Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support floor staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment.
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Train and mentor new floor staff.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports for management.
- Enforce store policies and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification Intermediate
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
