Your Role
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Stay updated on products and promotions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport
- Record all interactions accurately in the CRM
- Address concerns professionally and promptly
- Work closely with the team to drive collective success
Requirements
- 2–8 years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, goal-focused, and proactive
- Quick learner with problem-solving abilities
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales systems
- Available to work night shifts (Mon–Fri, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
