We’re seeking a qualified dentist to join our team as a Phone Support Specialist, helping us build stronger client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dentist who can confidently handle inbound and outbound calls, serve as a phone attendant, and conduct client follow-ups. Your knowledge of dental equipment and clinical workflows will help you communicate clearly with our dental clinic clients and ensure a seamless repair service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from dental clinics regarding equipment repair needs.
Place outbound calls for client follow-ups, service updates, and repair status notifications.
Log all client interactions, updates, and service records using Salesforce CRM.
Understand client concerns and explain our repair process in a clear, professional manner.
Act as a communication bridge between dental clinics and our technical team.
Provide friendly, informative support that builds client trust and satisfaction.
Requirements:
BDS or equivalent dental qualification.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with common dental equipment (e.g., X-ray sensors, handpieces, autoclaves, etc.).
Experience using Salesforce CRM or a willingness to learn it quickly.
Professional, patient, and customer-focused demeanor.
Prior experience in customer support, phone handling, or sales is a plus.
