Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Designer – Bags & Accessories to join our fashion design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher to learn and grow while contributing to the creation of stylish and functional products. You will assist in designing bags, wallets, belts, and other accessories that reflect current trends and brand aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating mood boards, sketches, and design concepts for bags and accessories.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to support design development.
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop seasonal collections.
- Support in material selection, color matching, and hardware detailing.
- Prepare tech packs/spec sheets and assist in sample development.
- Maintain organized design files and records.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors as needed for sampling and production.
- Participate in fittings, presentations, and internal design reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sense.
- Basic knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques for bags/accessories.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
- Good drawing/sketching skills – manual or digital.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for fashion and accessories.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Internship experience in fashion/accessory design.
- Knowledge of current trends in bags and accessories.
- Understanding of the fashion production process.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
