Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling, moderating, and generating performance reports across all social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and ensure weekly publishing of approved, data-led content.
- Create and deliver campaign-specific content including seasonal themes, product launches, and TVCs.
- Manage listening queries and dashboards to extract insights and monitor brand sentiment.
- Handle profile visuals, maintain login credentials, and keep platform assets like YouTube playlists organized.
- Customer Complaints Handling
- Customer experience management through different digital touch points by providing solutions to the growers
Qualifications
- Education Requirement: MSc (Hons) Agriculture
- Experience: 1-3 years in digital operations, social media management, or related field preferred.

- Proficiency in social media tools (especially Emplifi)
- Analytical mindset with basic understanding of dashboards and reports
