Strategy and Planning
- Assist Head-Digital Marketing in Development of digital marketing strategy based on global and local market insight and knowledge of banking industry & FinTech to deliver against HBL’s growth objectives.
- Architect and oversee implementation of engagement strategy for HBL, tailored to the needs of internal and external customers resulting in enhanced brand equity.
Content Creation and Integration
- Devise digital consumer experience and oversee digital content creation across all digital channels to ensure the delivery of key messages.
- Proactively develop a ‘real time crisis management plan’ to strategically tackle queries and comments on digital medium such that it encourages a positive feedback.
- Build relationship with digital influencers and bloggers, ensuring they provide positive and timely updates to all the sections of the HBL digital channels to enhance the brand image.
- Develop and maintain creative playbook for HBL brands, Ensure that digital communication follow the HBL brand guidelines.
Relationship Management
- Build effective working relationships with all Business teams to ensure all digital activity is appropriately supported, resilient and of the highest possible quality.
- Build and maintain strong Agency Relationship, including but not limited to Agency evaluation, on-going operations and engagement with HBL.
Technology & Tools
- Possess knowledge of Digital Marketing technology & tools and recommend, assess, evaluated and deploy relevant tools and platforms as per HBL needs.
- Assist Head of Digital Marketing in championing adoption of relevant technologies across all levels in line with organizational requirements of Digital Transformation & Digital Marketing
Social Media Cell
- Responsible for 24/7 smooth operations of Social Media Cell. Ensure that clients grievances are being answered properly and in time.
- Ensure monitoring of all social channels fb, twitter, instagram, linkedin, snap chat, YouTube to ensure the delivery of key campaign message.
- Ensure that crises management plan developed by Corporate Affairs team is being operationalize on all social media channels to its fullest.
Minimum qualifications:
- Masters degree preferably
Minimum experience:
- 13+ Years of experience in Marketing/Brand Management & Digital Marketing
