Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, sales, and brand visibility. Your role will include:
- Email Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and retention.
- Build segmented email lists and create compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved open rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
- Lead Generation:
- Drive and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including social media and email marketing.
- Use inbound and outbound techniques to identify and engage high-quality leads that align with our business goals.
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
- Create and manage high-converting Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Perform A/B testing, monitor results, and optimize for performance to ensure campaigns are delivering the highest ROI.
- Google Ads:
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing ads.
- Perform keyword research, monitor campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve lead acquisition.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lead Generation:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach out to high-value prospects.
- Execute outreach strategies to generate leads and establish business relationships with decision-makers.
- Leverage LinkedIn for B2B lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Data Scraping:
- Utilize different data scraping tools to extract valuable information and build comprehensive lists of potential leads.
- Collect and organize data from various sources to enhance lead generation efforts.
Bonus:
- GHL Expertise:
- If you have experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), you'll be able to leverage it for CRM, automating follow-ups, and improving customer engagement. You will work with our sales and marketing teams to integrate GHL into lead nurturing and conversion processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing, lead generation, and paid ads.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of data scraping tools and experience extracting data from websites, social media, or other sources.
- Experience creating and optimizing email campaigns for lead nurturing, product launches, and customer retention.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and lead acquisition.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (bonus points for GHL experience).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with leads effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
Bonus Points:
- Expertise with GoHighLevel (GHL) for automating workflows and customer interactions.
- Expertise in Automation tools like N8N
- Experience with SEO and content marketing.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and funnels.
- 7 to 10 years of experience is a MUST!
