About the Role
We’re looking for a data-savvy and creatively driven Digital Marketing Manager – Growth to take full ownership of paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing channels for one of our international clients. In this role, you’ll lead performance campaigns, run full-funnel experiments, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CAC and drive sustainable growth across paid media, CRM, and customer re-engagement loops.

Your Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other high-intent and discovery channels
- Own channel mix strategy, budgets, targeting, creative testing, and CAC goals
- Run A/B tests on copy, visuals, formats, placements, and hooks to improve conversion and ROAS
- Launch new experiments to identify breakout growth angles and top-performing audiences
Tracking, Attribution & Reporting
- Implement and optimize conversion tracking across web, app, and CRM events
- Manage attribution tools like Adjust, GA4, and Meta Events Manager
- Own campaign dashboards, cost pacing, and weekly performance reviews
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams to ensure accurate event tracking
Landing Pages, Funnels & CRO
- Work with design, content, and product teams to ideate, test, and optimize campaign-specific landing pages
- Suggest funnel flow and messaging improvements to boost conversion rates
- Ensure fast turnaround between media learnings and funnel iterations
Lifecycle Marketing & Retention
- Coordinate email marketing, in-app pushes, and re-engagement journeys across customer segments
- Set up lifecycle automations based on user behavior and intent (activation, cart abandon, churn winback, etc.)
- Collaborate with CRM and product teams to increase LTV and retention aligned with acquisition goals
- Leverage platforms like Hubspot, Customer.io, or equivalents for running and testing customer journeys
What You’ll Need to Bring
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing and CRM in a fast-paced B2C, fintech, proptech, marketplace, or app-based business
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably and reducing CAC over time
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, and Adjust
- Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot, Customer.io, or equivalent for email and re-engagement flows
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to make fast, iterative decisions
- Creative instinct for messaging, visuals, and funnel structures that convert
- Ownership mentality with comfort managing budgets, pacing, KPIs, and reporting from day one
- Bonus: experience working with international audiences, multi-language campaigns, or regulated industries (finance, real estate, Proptech, Fintech, BNPL etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable internet connection (25+ Mbps), a trouble-free laptop, and a focused workspace

Important Details
- This is a full-time remote position based in Pakistan
- Working hours align with UAE time zone (~10AM to 7PM Pakistan time)
