Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products or services. They will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage the company’s online presence across various digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for search campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Manage content creation and website updates in coordination with the content/design team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, HubSpot, Mailchimp is a plus.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
