CPlus Soft is looking for an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at our DHA Phase 2, Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital campaigns within the IT industry, with proven experience in lead generation, brand positioning, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business growth
- Plan and manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media campaigns, email marketing, and content strategy
- Oversee company website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and content updates
- Analyze campaign results and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other performance metrics
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns
- Coordinate with design and development teams for creatives and landing pages
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI
- Generate monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in IT companies
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and Google tools
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp/HubSpot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
