Job Summary:
WayTech Solutions is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Digital Marketing Campaign sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can motivate, train, and drive a team of sales closer toward performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Sales Closer to achieve team KPIs and targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and report metrics to senior management.
- Design and implement sales strategies tailored to digital marketing solutions.
- Ensure lead quality and follow-up consistency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align goals.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, including 1-2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in night shift or international campaigns preferred.
- Ability to drive performance under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
