Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Cold Calling Agent to join our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, verifying eligibility, and generating leads or sales for DME products such as back braces, knee braces, diabetic supplies, and other qualifying medical equipment under insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to leads provided by the company.
- Educate prospects on available DME products and services covered by insurance.
- Pre-qualify customers by gathering necessary information (insurance, condition, etc.).
- Accurately input and update customer information in CRM or call tracking systems.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Handle objections professionally and strive to turn cold leads into warm prospects.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- Follow campaign scripts, protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation – preferably in healthcare or DME campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with US insurance (Medicare/Medicaid) is a strong plus.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive personal health information (PHI).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in a similar cold calling or DME sales role.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Experience working night shifts for US campaigns (if applicable).

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
