About the Role:
We are looking for results-driven and experienced DME Call Center Agents to join our healthcare campaign focused on orthopedic braces such as knee, back, wrist, and ankle supports. You will be responsible for calling patients, verifying eligibility, and qualifying leads for medical braces under Medicare or insurance coverage.
This is a fast-paced and target-driven role best suited for professionals with prior DME experience who are confident on the phone and familiar with call center compliance standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to customers (primarily Medicare recipients) for DME product qualification.
Explain the benefits of orthopedic braces and determine their eligibility based on insurance and health conditions.
Complete patient information forms accurately and update CRM systems in real time.
Transfer qualified leads to verification or licensed representatives.
Follow call scripts and maintain quality assurance benchmarks.
Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a DME call center role (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Medicare/DME process, insurance validation, and patient qualification.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working in high-volume calling environments.
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Desirable:
Experience in joint braces (knee, back, etc.) campaigns.
Understanding of durable medical equipment guidelines.
