Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DME Call Center Agent with a strong background in orthopedic braces campaigns (e.g., back, knee, wrist, or shoulder braces). The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in DME lead generation, qualification, or sales, especially dealing with Medicare or insurance-based customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to patients eligible for DME products, particularly orthopedic braces.
- Verify Medicare or insurance eligibility and collect required patient details.
- Pre-qualify customers based on pain level, insurance type, and campaign script.
- Generate and document high-quality leads or transfer live calls to the verification/sales team.
- Maintain excellent call quality, compliance, and performance scores.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and campaign-specific regulations.
- Use dispositions, and notes accurately.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets (calls, leads, transfers).
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a DME campaign (orthopaedic braces preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (mandatory).
- Familiar with Medicare guidelines and insurance verification process.
- Ability to handle rejections, follow scripts, and stay compliant with regulations.
- Must be able to work US shifts or night hours consistently.
