Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for the Digital Media Project Manager with hands-on experience in a digital media agency who has a deep understanding of its various departments and operations—from the ground up.
The ideal candidate is someone who began their career in a junior role within a digital media agency and steadily progressed through different positions, gaining practical experience across multiple functions. They must have a clear understanding of how each task is executed at a high standard and possess the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and elevate the overall quality of work.
The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure that all media content—from social media campaigns to video production and digital advertising (SEO, PPC, Influencer)—meets strategic goals, brand standards, and deadlines.
Requirements:
- IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering Graduate
- 6+ Years experience in fast paced digital media agencies
- Minimum Age: 28
- Must have done hands-on work in digital media agency in at least two main niches related to (Design, Development, SEO, Social Media, PPC Ads, Affiliate Marketing).
- Complete command to get work done from technical production department
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional team management skills
- Project planning tools (Asana and Slack)
- Self-motivated & committed with deadline
- Presentation and conflict management skill.
- Must use Slack, Asana, Zoom, Employee Monitoring, Screen Monitoring, Video Camera, Online Payroll and other similar apps for the online work.
- Must know how to report the actual results based on Key Performance Indicators through Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting
Responsibilities:
- Perfectly manage international and local clients' projects, milestones, timelines, and resource management
- Daily reporting to directors and clients on progress
- Plan, create, and manage the overall quality planning strategy
- Hire, Train and Motivate team and manage unforeseen challenges
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities to the team.
- Skill full in documenting all technical specifications and associate project deliverables
- Studying client business processes and functional requirements in order to design solutions accordingly.

Contract length: 11 months
Pay: Rs150,000.00 per month
