Job Description:
Infinity Warriors is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute high-impact email campaigns for our international e-commerce brands, particularly in the leather products niche. The ideal candidate must be experienced with Klaviyo and capable of handling the complete email marketing process from strategy to reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Segment customer data to deliver personalized email promotions, offers, and newsletters.
- Implement retargeting strategies via email to boost conversions and engagement.
- Create campaigns from scratch, including automation flows and promotional sequences.
- Ensure email campaigns are aligned with the brand's tone and e-commerce goals.
- Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Analyze results and continuously optimize content, design, and targeting for better performance.
- Stay up to date with email marketing trends and compliance best practices.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creative email assets.
- Maintain focus on the e-commerce sector, particularly leather products.
Requirements:
- At least 1.5 year of hands-on experience in email marketing.
- Strong command of Klaviyo or similar email platforms.
- Proven ability to segment lists, create flows, and run successful campaigns.
- Solid understanding of retargeting and email performance metrics.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
