We’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant / Operations Manager who can keep our CEO two steps ahead, run daily operations, and take ownership of projects from start to finish. This is a hybrid role that combines high-level executive support, operational management, and occasional recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage CEO’s calendar, priorities, and high-level communications.
- Prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple businesses.
- Ensure tasks in ClickUp are executed on time and according to SOPs.
- Track KPIs, report performance, and hold team members accountable.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Manage hiring when needed — from posting jobs to making offers.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline for critical roles.
- Support onboarding to ensure new hires succeed quickly.
Project Management
- Take ownership of special projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors.
- Anticipate risks and create contingency plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an EA, Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing remote teams.
- Experience in e-commerce or tech preferred.
- Ability to recruit effectively when needed.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
