We are a US-based transportation (ambulance, wheelchairs, taxi, and vehicle maintenance company). We are searching for the executive admin assistant to the CEO and Director of the company. We are a rapidly growing organization with multiple locations.
This is a remote position and the individual will be required to work US EST (New York).
- Must be able to use Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
- Must be able to speak, write, and read English with a near fluent level
- Must be hard working and willing to go above and beyond
- Must be able to manage multiple responibilities
- Is able to handle high pressure environment
- Has attention to detail
