About the Role
Our Dubai-based client is seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily operations of their growing Abaya fashion business. This is a remote role suitable for someone based in Pakistan who has strong admin, communication, and social media handling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Instagram DMs and customer emails in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain a tracker for product issues and manage replacements
- File and follow up on courier claims for lost or delayed parcels
- Keep a structured database of customer preferences and interests
- Escalate critical concerns to the client or their designated point of contact
- (Optional) Assist with short-form video content creation using provided material (e.g., reels, product videos)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in admin, customer service, or social media management
- Strong written communication in English
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in problem-solving
- Confident using Instagram, email, Excel/Google Sheets
- Able to work independently and handle tasks responsibly

Salary & Benefits
- PKR 60,000–80,000/month, based on experience
