Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Digital Phantom, a dynamic digital marketing agency, is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and follow up with leads (assigned or generated).
- Conduct video and phone consultations to present our services.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted lead generation strategies.
- Deliver personalized presentations and negotiate deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Support content creation and other sales-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in sales is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, neutral English accent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- 8 hours per day, six days a week, aligned with Canadian business hours.
