Job Description:
HQ-360 is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to join our team, responsible for setting up client appointments over the phone and ensuring seamless communication between potential clients and our sales representatives. This is a remote position, requiring a proactive individual who excels in time management and can work effectively with data to maximize scheduling efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients by phone during designated business hours, following a company-provided script to set up initial appointments.
- Strategically analyze data to prioritize and optimize scheduling, maximizing productivity and ensuring efficient follow-ups.
- Coordinate appointments and facilitate smooth communication by scheduling calls or email follow-ups for the sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments.
Requirements:
- Working Hours: 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday to Friday. (1 Saturday in a month)
- Salary: PKR 30,000 plus commission based on performance.
- Equipment: Must own a laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection with speeds of 10-15 Mbps.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
