We are committed to offering high-quality, innovative fast food with a distinctive blend of Arabic and Pakistani flavors. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef who will lead our culinary operations and help us create a standout brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recipe Development:
- Create and perfect a complete recipe portfolio specializing in:
- Arabic and Pakistani fusion-style broast
- Zinger burgers made from fish, chicken, and beef
- Loaded and regular fries
- Other fast food items relevant to our brand vision
- Kitchen Design & Equipment:
- Recommend suitable kitchen equipment and machinery for efficient operations
- Design and maintain an optimal kitchen layout ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards
- Menu Development:
- Design and standardize a complete menu with creative offerings that align with the brand concept
- Ensure menu feasibility from a production, cost, and market demand perspective
- Kitchen Operational Management:
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
- Implement daily food costing systems and wastage reporting processes
- Maintain inventory control and kitchen budgets
Hygiene, Safety & Service Quality SOPs
Develop and enforce comprehensive kitchen SOPs for:
- Food hygiene and sanitation standards (as per local food safety regulations)
- Personal hygiene for all kitchen staff
- Safe food handling, preparation, and storage
- Regular cleaning schedules and kitchen audits
- Establish SOPs for service quality, including:
- Consistent food presentation
- Timely order preparation and delivery
- Customer feedback handling related to food quality
- Conduct regular SOP training and compliance checks
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years as an Executive Chef, preferably in fast food or fusion cuisine
- Deep expertise in Arabic and Pakistani fusion recipes, especially broast and zinger-style fast food
- Strong background in kitchen operations, equipment planning, and team management
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and hygiene protocols
- Proficiency in food costing, kitchen reporting, and operational documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fast food or fusion cuisine environment
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Arabic and Pakistani fusion recipes, particularly broast and burgers
- Strong expertise in kitchen equipment selection and layout planning
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in food costing, wastage management, and kitchen operations documentation
- Innovative mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial viability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience launching or rebranding fast food outlets will be a strong plus

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
