The Role
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and technically skilled content lead to grow two personal brands and one business brand — all under one vision-driven umbrella.
This is not a junior content role.
This is a chance to lead brand voice, visibility, and performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and SEO blogs for:
Sohail Khan – Founder, visionary, and thought leader in healthcare, entrepreneurship, and high-performance.
Abra Arshad – Co-founder, COO, feminine leadership mentor, and inner culture architect.
Abra & Co. – A high-end optical + wellness brand expanding across the UK, UAE, and beyond.

Your Mission
To take full ownership of strategy + execution across:
1. Personal branding (Sohail + Abra)
2. Social media for the business (Abra & Co)
3. SEO + content marketing
4. Video editing & reels creation
5. Performance growth tracking

Key Responsibilities
Create and own a monthly content calendar with strategic, relevant, and seasonal ideas.
Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Write and post LinkedIn/Instagram carousels, thought-leadership articles, and captions that land.
Write 1–2 SEO blog articles/month and manage basic on-page SEO.
Report weekly on post performance, engagement metrics, and learnings.
Plan brand voice, tone, and visual style that reflects both masculine power and feminine elegance.

You Should Have
At least 5–10 years experience in content marketing, ideally for international clients.
Experience managing multiple brand voices and elevating thought leaders.
Proven work with viral posts, hooks, carousels, and captions that perform.
Ability to edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
Clear visual taste + design ability (Canva/Adobe).
Strong English copywriting — emotional, persuasive, not robotic.
Strong organisational skills. You think in calendars, systems, and batch creation.
A strategic brain — you don’t wait to be told what to do, you guide us.
Bonus: knowledge of Islamic, spiritual, or personal development spaces.
