Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Meta Ads/ Social Media Specialist to develop and execute high-performing social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.)
- Conduct audience research and targeting strategy to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant users
- Optimize campaigns for different objectives (traffic, engagement, conversions, lead gen, app installs)
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to communicate results.
- Stay current on Meta Ads best practices, platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on Meta platforms
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel.
- Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or app marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
