Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with international clients via email and phone
- Write, review, and manage email correspondence with accuracy and clarity
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Assist the marketing team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain organized records and support documentation for international transactions
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven experience in customer service or a similar administrative role
- Strong English communication skills — both verbal and written
- Proficiency in handling business emails and customer interactions
- Confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail
