Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with international clients via email and phone

- Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven experience in customer service or a similar administrative role
- Strong English communication skills — both verbal and written
- Proficiency in handling business emails and customer interactions
- Confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail
