Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented Office Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This is a junior-level position ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and confident with basic computer skills and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage invoices, records, and basic accounts using MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Use WhatsApp marketing software to create and manage communities
- Handle daily tasks on e-commerce platforms (e.g., order processing, product updates)
- Sort and pack orders accurately based on order numbers
- Coordinate with logistics/delivery teams for timely dispatch
- Assist with basic customer communication and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and basic marketing tools
- Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Daraz)
- Detail-oriented and quick at identifying and sorting items
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Active and responsible personality with a strong work ethic

Optional Skills:
- Experience using online selling platforms
- Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs18,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
