Scope of Work:
- Work part-time and at your own convenience, managing your schedule to fit your needs.
- Serve as a real estate agent by facilitating property visits for potential buyers or tenants.
- Provide excellent customer service, guiding clients through the property inspection process.
- Offer a wide range of properties based on client requirements, available via our app.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property visits and provide clients with all relevant details and answers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the properties listed within your area.
- Assist in negotiating deals and facilitating the transaction process.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and property visits.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction throughout the process.
