- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in fuel depot operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in fuel storage systems, bowser operations, and depot facility management.
- Experience working with inventory and fuel management software, preferably SAP.
- Strong knowledge of fuel handling regulations, HSE standards, and environmental compliance related to fuel storage and distribution.
- Proven experience in leading teams and supervising daily operational tasks.
- Familiarity with maintenance of fuel infrastructure including fixed tanks, mobile bowsers, and dispensing equipment.
- Valid Light Vehicle (LV) license is preferred or required for mobile fuel operation oversight.
- Ability to monitor and interpret fuel stock levels, usage trends, and consumption forecasts.
- Proficiency in documentation, fuel inventory systems, and record keeping.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to safety and compliance.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in field-based, challenging outdoor conditions.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with internal departments and contractors.
- Supervise the daily operations of the fuel depot, ensuring safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of fuel.
- Manage and lead depot personnel and mobile bowser operators, providing training and overseeing performance.
- Monitor fuel levels, track consumption patterns, and ensure fuel availability to meet operational needs.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards for handling, storage, and transportation of fuel.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and operation of all depot and fuel handling equipment.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, HSE, Transport, and other departments for seamless fuel logistics and planning.
- Maintain accurate fuel inventory records using SAP or other inventory systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of the fuel depot to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
- Contribute technical input to infrastructure improvements such as bund wall construction, safety system upgrades, and tank enhancements.
- Act as the primary site contact for all matters related to fuel operations.
- Support emergency response activities and fuel-related drills.
- Identify and recommend operational efficiency improvements within depot and fuel delivery operations.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
