About the Role:
- Conduct patient consultations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
- Provide preventative care, including health screenings and vaccinations.
- Manage chronic conditions and complex medical needs.
- Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain clear and accurate medical records.
Qualifications:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with older adults is a plus.
