What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build, manage, and continually optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display networks
- Focus on boosting Quality Score, improving click-through rates (CTR), and maximizing ad effectiveness
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to shape campaign strategy
- Monitor campaign performance and use data to make smart, ROI-driven adjustments
- Write compelling ad copy and run A/B tests to improve messaging and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ad campaigns align with broader business goals
- Generate performance reports and deliver insights to guide future campaign decisions
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience of 1 to 3 years of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Deep understanding of ad performance strategies, especially related to Quality Score and conversions
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Keyword Planner
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable steps
- Creative mindset with the ability to write and test persuasive ad copy
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive both independently and in a team environment
